To help keep you informed about water emergencies and planned repairs in your community, we launched an enhanced online Customer Advisory Map.

This user-friendly map allows you to enter your address and see if any active service alerts are impacting your area. If there are, it provides additional information.

To access our Customer Advisory Map, click on the Alerts icon at the top of our homepage or you can view alerts associated with your account through MyWater

Keeping You Informed

• We use a mass-notification system to keep customers informed about significant water-related emergencies and events that impact service. Updating your contact information MyWater is easy: Log on to amwater.com/mywater.
• Click the “Edit Info” button.
• Click the “Change” button under Alert Settings.

Report Emergencies Online
If there is a main break, leak, or other urgent water service issue in your area that’s not listed on our Alerts page, we’d like to know about it. To report an emergency online, click on the Report Emergency icon at the top of our home page or visit emergency.amwater.com.

You can also report emergencies through your MyWater account.
