In-person and virtual customer service appointments available for customers in local communities
CLARION, Pa. (Jan. 14, 2026) – Pennsylvania American Water recently announced several outreach sessions for customers in Clarion County, as an initiative to bring customer service closer to home. During appointments, customers will have a personalized session catered directly to their needs with the opportunity to ask questions about water and wastewater service and learn more about H2O Help to Others™, the company’s customer assistance program. The sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. from Jan. 13 to Jan. 28, 2026. In-person sessions will be held on Jan. 14 and 21 at the Clarion Free Library at 644 Main Street, Clarion, and on Jan. 28 at the Farmington Township Volunteer Fire Hall at 32813 Route 66, Leeper. Virtual sessions are available January 13, 20 and 27. Customers can schedule their appointments here.
Pennsylvania American Water’s H2O Help to Others Program has been assisting qualified customers facing financial hardships for more than 30 years. It offers grants, monthly bill discounts and arrearage forgiveness for customers at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
